The property is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to a choice of local restaurants and food shops. The nearest supermarket is just a five­ minute drive away and there are four restaurants within two miles. The excellent recreational facilities at Nene Park are less than a mile away. Here you can explore the extensive meadows, lakes, and woodland on foot or by bike. Slightly further afield you can find the medieval Longthorpe Tower, which makes a great destination for those interested in local history. The A1 is just three minutes from the property, whilst the city centre can be reached in just ten minutes by car. You can find free public parking right outside the property. The Clayton House is decorated in a contemporary style with premium quality furniture and soft furnishings throughout. Carefully chosen artwork adds to the “home from home” feel of the place.

There is a large and very well-­equipped kitchen complete with a good­-sized refrigerator. You will find everything you need to cook a meal just as you would at home. The adjoining dining area has a television and a large dining table. There is a large double-­glazed door leading directly out to the private garden, so you can linger outdoors and enjoy a drink using the garden table and chairs when the weather is kind.

There are four bedrooms and each accommodates two people, either in twin or double/king beds. A further bedroom offers the flexibility of a double plus two single beds. There is also a single bedroom. If you are travelling with a baby or toddler, we can provide a travel cot with 48 hours’ notice. We know how important a good night’s sleep is when you are staying away from home, so all the beds have high-quality linens and mattresses. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

There are two main and one en­suite bathroom, all of which are fitted with high-quality sanitary ware. We provide you with complimentary toiletries and a good supply of towels. There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom. Naturally, we provide free superfast WiFi throughout the house.
