General queries

InnClusive is a corporate and relocation accommodation booking agent. We make the whole process simpler and more cost-effective. Our minimum stay is 28 nights, and we operate using License Agreements. This means you get more flexibility. For more about InnClusive, head to our About page.

Sadly not. As we work with over 23 property partners around the world, we don’t have their live availability to hand. However, you can quickly fill in our contact form, and we’ll get back to you shortly. We’ll make sure we understand your requirements and find the best properties.

No. We’re a booking agent so we use our partner properties.

Your apartment will be fully furnished, with everything you need to cook meals to somewhere to store your clothes.

The minimum stay is 28 nights, and there’s no maximum.

Yes, our phone lines are open. We have a reduced number of staff at the weekends, so responses may be a little slower.

You’ll sign a License Agreement with InnClusive which states that you have the right to occupy a property. Unlike tenancy agreements, you don’t need a guarantor and if you want to end your stay sooner than expected, you just need to give us 28 days’ notice. You’ll need to sign the License Agreement to secure the property, as well as pay your deposit.

Property

Absolutely! To book a viewing, get in touch with our team at +44(0)208 159 1036 and share some dates you’d be available. We’ll then contact our Property Partners to get it booked in.
As we’re a booking agent, we don’t have immediate access to the property to take a video. However, we’re more than happy to reach out to our Property Partners to see if they can help.

The reason InnClusive’s offerings are so cost-effective is that we remove all the add-on services. That includes cleaning which means you won’t automatically have a cleaning service. However, you can add these on by reaching out to our team

Making or adjusting your booking

You can pay for your accommodation via invoice or over the phone. We’ll guide you through the process when it gets to that stage.

You’ll have to pay for your accommodation a month in advance for the duration of your stay. You’ll need to make the payment 28 days before you check in.

Checking in and out

As we offer a wide range of properties, the checking-in process differs. We’ll send your specific instructions to your email address.

We can certainly ask our Property Partner if they’re able to arrange this. Reach out to our team to ask. Please note, this may be at an extra cost.

Partners

If you’ve been approved to be an InnClusive Property Partner, it will. Once we have all your details, we’ll get your property uploaded to the website within three working days.
