About Kennedy Street
Kennedy House, conveniently situated just a ten-minute drive from Peterborough city center, offers well-appointed accommodation for large groups of up to twelve people. This makes it ideal for contractors or large families. Children are welcome.
The property is located in one of the most desirable areas of Peterborough. Hampton is a quiet, newly built residential neighborhood that has a great range of shops and restaurants close at hand. The nearest restaurant is only a few hundred meters away. The numerous lakes, parks, and walking trails in the area offer great recreational opportunities.
The city center can be reached in ten minutes by car or there is a bus stop just five minutes from the property giving you frequent access to the city center. Access to the A1 and Lynch Wood and Hampton Business Parks are all conveniently close to the property.
Free public parking is available just outside the property.
There’s a large and very well-equipped kitchen complete with a good-sized fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You will find all the equipment you need to cook a meal just as you would at home. We can even arrange a grocery delivery for you, so you don’t need to worry about shopping once you’ve arrived.
The adjoining dining and living area has a sofa, a television, and a large dining table. There are patio doors leading directly out to the private garden, so you can enjoy your drink or meal outdoors when the weather is kind. Garden furniture is provided.
Four of the bedrooms sleep two people, either in twin or double/king beds. A further two rooms offer the flexibility of a double plus a single bed. We know how important a good night’s sleep is when you are staying away from home, so all the beds have high-quality mattresses and bed linen. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space for your belongings, along with the important homely touches of a kettle and smart TV with Netflix.
Five of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and the sixth has a shower room that is accessed separately. All are fitted with high-quality sanitary ware. We provide you with complimentary toiletries and a generous supply of towels. There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom. There’s free WiFi throughout the house.
