At Outfield, InnClusive offers well-appointed and flexible accommodation for large groups of up to ten people, making it ideal for contractors or a relocating family. Children are welcome.

The property is located in a quiet residential area but with the added convenience of the Bretton shopping area and Cresset entertainment center just a five-minute drive away. The nearby Bretton Park offers a variety of outdoor leisure opportunities, including woodland walks and cycle paths, an outdoor gym, and football pitches. The city center can be reached in 12 minutes by car.

There’s public parking on the road just outside the property. The outfield is comfortably furnished and carefully decorated with a variety of artworks on the walls to complete the “home away from home” atmosphere.

The room arrangement makes it a very flexible option for larger groups. There are five bedrooms in total, providing either twin beds or a king-sized bed in each room. Good quality mattresses and bedding ensure you will have a comfortable night’s sleep. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space for your belongings, along with a smart TV. Four rooms have their own en-suite shower facilities and there is a further main bathroom with a bath and shower. There’s a total of three toilets in the house.

One bedroom has the added advantage of its own small kitchen, where you can make hot drinks and snacks using the kettle and microwave provided.

The large communal kitchen is very well-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and everything you need to cook a meal just as you would at home. The kitchen also benefits from a dining table where you can relax and watch TV as you eat your meal. There’s also a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

There’s free WiFi throughout the house. We adhere to very strict cleaning protocols and have put additional Covid-related measures in place.
